Love this place! It’s so friggin big and they have everything. Wished we had one in Saskatchewan. Great store 👍

First time at IKEA restaurant and I am ready pleased to eat the Salmon. Very good food.And you can't beat IKEA home furniture and items.

Good veggie dogs, cheap furniture, occasionally some great plants. IKEA has made a name for itself as the place for young adults, namely college students, to buy home furnishings. Workers are elusive, which isn't a problem until you need to find the screws that go with the legs, that go with the table, that go with the... You get the gist. 4/5 stars until people learn how not to stop and have a conversation in the middle of the aisle.

IKEA has $1 breakfast on Sunday Which is very cheap. Food court is the best part for me. Wide collection of ready to pick foods. However, there’s also long queue to pick food. Food court lights and area are very decorative. Kids friendly. Some playing tools are there. I love the way they display all furniture for bedroom, living room, dining and so on. It’s help to decorate own home! Kitchen items collection is great and reasonable price. Wide variety of kids games and tools. Easy to find gift items for kids with affordable price. This big store is neat and clean always. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Washrooms are clean. However I don’t like the way they set up “exit”. There’s no shortcut to exit from this store which prevents me to go there when I am in rush. Recommend others to try this store.

ikea is always worth the trip, even just to go for an inexpensive breakfast or lunch. Small children can be super vised so you can shop at a more leisurely pace. Husbands can be left at the licensed cafeteria for a beverage and meatballs and you can shop in peace. The numerous demo rooms can give you tons of ideas on everything from making space a little bit more effective to completely redecorating a home. There's tons of stuff for gifts, and pretty much everything you actually need inside a house with the exception of clothing and groceries. That said that is a little spot to purchase if few import food items including confectionery, coffee, cereal along with frozen meatballs and fish. One of the better wheelchair accessible shopping trips as well.

Personal safety during this COVID crisis is obviously a must but most stores have procedures to make pick ups safe for both customer and employee alike. The buyers remorse is absolutely killing me. Paying $80 to have a small RTA desk dropped of balanced against a $179 purchase which a young girl easily managed to bring inside from the front door.Worse is learning that same product was $75 less the week before which upon assembly and seeing the fit and finish of the item was a more realistic value. There was certainly more of a sense of urgency to buy a desk since school is being done on the home front. Think through your purchases carefully!

Such a fun place to be if you have a couple hours to browse. Location seems mostly like a maze. Good prices and decent quality on shelves. Food court had amazing options and decent pricing. Mmm swedish meatballs!

We love to go on dates here, whether it's just the two of us or with the family. We dont buy much but it's fun to walk around and see the new items they have and the cool bedrooms they set up with all there furniture. Wish they had one on the north side closet to St Albert. Food is great if your a meat eater. Not too many vegan or vegetarian dishes but its neat they have a restaurant inside at the end.

You know that we love the meatballs when we actually run that gontlet to take food out to go. Between all the parking regulations, going up and down through a maze, it feels like running in Amazing Race Canada to get take-out.

Its IKEA what else can I say! I went in for a chair and left with like 6 others things I realized I needed. Friendly staff and great prices. Will go again but with a list lol!

I love Ikea but dealing with the people in the parking lot makes me never want to go back. All the spots long the front of the building are for people to Load their purchases. Not to play on their phones while their mother goes in to return something which on a Sunday afternoon takes at least 30 minutes.

Ikea why is your curbside pick up always says it has reach it maximum capacity for the day and yet your charge for delivery fee for $60! Maybe waived your delivery fees and improve your curbside pick up to reduce the number of people in line your parking lot and help flattening the curb to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. I been trying to place order online for a month now thru curbside pick up but still cant get thru and now that the store is finally open hoping for some improvements to keep people safe from the virus and help speed the customer service. If Home Depot and other hardware store can do it, im sure you guys can too. Or someone needs to help you guys figure this things out.

Amazing furniture selection of almost everything, and great shortcuts instead of walking through the whole store, you can pick up the materials for the furniture in 10 minutes. Good Swedish food and Swedish market. Love the butter chicken and the Swedish drinks.

What else can I say? It's ikea! Fun layout, good prices, and feels like they're eager to help. Good morals in this company.

We had lunch before we went shopping. Meals were large and a good price. II often get lost while shopping at IKEA so I love that they have directional arrows to guide you. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

After readind the reviews during Covid19, and after IKEA failed to provide a pickup service or good delivery, I bought my new furniture from Walmart and the Brick instead, where I got great deals, which seems to be a great decision to make.

IKEA for my home office! Resourcefulness is key in converting a bedroom into a temporary office with a standing desk as other rooms, places in the house is occupied! Work from home!

Zero Stars .... wife did a click order for the first time. I drive to Edmonton to pick it up, Its not my name on the order, wife calls then emails and I still can't pick it up, it has to be the same email address as the order but shes at work now and can't access her personal email.. well I will just re by the order then .. but no you can't just by furniture that is 3 feet in front of you and the fact that I have the order on my phone , wife calling and emailing and still NO... IKEA you are never going to see me again as your rules do not reflect common sense and poor customer service is just unacceptable.

IKEA Edmonton re-opened today. We had great service and excellent precautions were in place. However the vast majority of customers were not wearing masks. While we understand this is not mandatory, we would like to suggest that retail stores such as IKEA make it a requirement for entrance. We would feel much more inclined to return if we knew everyone needed to wear a mask.

Something IKEA has failed to mention since re-opening during COVID-19, a majority of their showrooms are shut down. You wait in line for 30 min to 2 hours only to find out you cannot look for anything bedroom related etc. Inform your customers at the door and don’t waste our time.

Click and collect is a joke you can't get a spot to collect because thy won't get more staff to help. Thy are making more money by staying closed but won't help anyone and charge you for bringing you your order. Complete scam

I love Ikea! They always have a great selection for organizing and their furniture is easy to build. The staff here has been helpful on more then one occasion.

Great place to spend an entire Saturday. There's so much to see and it's easy to walk out with more than you came for.

Interesting place to visit for the first time. Everything seems to be fairly priced and offer general accessibility and practicality for use. One suggestion if in the throw rug section is don't rub the rugs too much or carry on for to long it seems to weird the other customers out.

Great customer service. I had to return two days in a row to exchange a chair that was damaged and get a replacement arm for it when one arm didn't fit. The manager recognized me on the 2nd day and came over to ask what happened, and then straightaway offered me a 10% refund on the total cost of the chair for my trouble. I didn't even have to ask and I wasn't acting angry or anything! A matching replacement arm was found and the chair is 100% now.

Worst Delivery experience ever.... guys showed up with 2/3 of the order. Then argued that we should keep the impartial order. IKEA then said we should take Tuesday off work to wait again after taking all of Sunday to wait for them to bring 2/3 of the order. What a waste of our time & money from a store that clearly has lost touch and doesn't care about reputation.Got a refund and that's all that went well about this. END OF A RELATIONSHIP, I AM A CUSTOMER NO MORE.

You would think that with more than 2 months to prepare, this international giant would be able to accept an online order or a phone order. Tried everything to place an order all day long. What a waste of customer time.

Very very cool and good. Wide selection of literally anything you want, and the food is very good. You can basically live here— I did, anyways. For a week! He enjoyed it here as well!

Their "white glove delivery service" is actually Fed Ex. I recently ordered a mattress and a fitted sheet online to be delivered to my apartment as I do not own a vehicle large enough to get it here. I paid an extra $20 to have them deliver it only to find out that they use FedEx. Unfortunately, my building does not give access to the buzzer as the external doors are locked. FedEx doesn't have a company phone to contact you to let you know they are there and they don't like to use their personal phones for work (which I totally understand). But now, 5 days after it should have been delivered, I have to find someone with a truck to take me to the opposite side of the city, paying them for gas, or pick up an item I already paid to have delivered. Not impressed.

Wish there was more than one of these stores in Edmonton. I never have enough time to look at everything.. I'm pretty sure I still haven't seen all of the place. Customer service is great.

The ability to pick up after ordering online is a awesome. This way no going the the store and waiting forever in line we were in and out in 5 mins! Super impressive!

Good luck with contacting anyone at Ikea. Was shipped the wrong item, have spent 2 days trying to speak to someone. Unwilling to ship back items as it took 8 weeks to get to me and just want to find out if an in store swap is an option seeing they are open now. But does my local Ikea have their own number? Negative. Just the toll free that rings busy everytime. Very disappointed how Ikea handled business when they closed due to Corona. Was by far one of the worst companies with customer service prior to, but they take the cake in unwillingness to help.

Always busy but which IKEA isn't, their click and collect service is a joke at best.. Food is good but furniture can be either great or as poor as their assembly instructions

I have been trying to do a click and collect order for over 3 weeks now and even tried to get it delivered for an extra fee. The website and app are glitching and does not let me pay or reserve a spot. This is frustrating as we are trying to get counters and do not want to go into the store due to line ups and COVID. Please IKEA if you do not want to promote large crowds I suggest a website that works. Very dissapointed in thr lack of service. I called IKEA and I was told to try again at midnight as the click and collect system resets. So I stayed up and it still does not work!! IKEA, you can do better.

Facility is too big. Options are just too diverse. Different from other big department store formats, sections are divided from one another. Love the Swede spin on everything from food to utensils. Unique food options.

IKEA is always fun to go and grab something that you need. Very interesting spins on lighting and shelving also on kitchen shelves. Oh yeah food is great but if you're a "food smasher" the portions are small.

I actually enjoyed myself this time. Going on a Friday before noon worked for me. I don't do well when places are Busy.. LolBought a coffee table, reasonable priced. Only drawback was I couldn't put it together myself.. 😱😱

A large store where you can find almost every house hold item at reasonably good price. Kitchen items are also available at fair price. Products are durable and easy to assemble.Cafataria-We had lunch there. Good food at good price. It is a fun visiting there. But one need to visit more than one day to fully explore it.

IKEA absolutely failed with managing during Covid-19. There is no chance to reach costumer service through phone, email, online chat. If I knew it before I wouldn't make an on online order.Sorry guys,

IKEA is a great home store with almost everything that you need or could ask for. It is my go-to for everything including pet supplies and seasonal home decorations. And they also have a great selection of food that you can enjoy in their dinning location or take home to enjoy.

As an explorer, here's my spin...Big box shopping, what can you say about it? It was quite busy there and trying to get someone to help you out will eat up the time waiting in a queue if you are in a rush. My suggestion is to look in a catalog, measure at your own house and then compare at the warehouse, it will make your life happier.

If you can go here with your spouse and make it out still liking each other consider it a great trip. So many options. So many decisions. The store is clean, prices are reasonable, and those meatballs are delightful.

You can almost every house hold items.Prices are reasonable and lots of products are durable. Easy to assemble at home and ready to use. Products are simple and unique. Kitchen items are also available with reasonable prices. One day is not enough to explore the whole store.

I went there on 28/February/2020, their restaurant service are super bad, especially cashier whoever worked on above day has Zero customer care service. made a Complaint to her, but that day manager wasn’t give any good customer care solution either. Manager has taking her employee side, but not the customer side. Feeling so bad with IKEA on that day.!!!
